1. Nature of Services

1.1. We are a private service facilitation platform. We provide professional assistance and guidance for government and non-government documentation processes.

1.2. We are NOT:

  • Any government department, authority, or ministry
  • An official government portal
  • Providers of guaranteed outcomes or approvals for any application

1.3. Our role is to help you understand the correct process, assist with documentation, and coordinate between you and our authorized service providers.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1. You guarantee that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • All information provided by you is true, complete, and accurate
  • All documents uploaded by you are authentic and legitimate

2.2. Uploading false or forged documents will result in:

  • Immediate termination of your service
  • No refund of any paid amount
  • Potential legal action

3. Fees and Payment

3.1. The fee charged on our platform is a “Service/Consultancy Fee”. This is for the private facilitation service provided to you.

3.2. Government Fees Are Separate: Official government fees may apply separately for each service and will be communicated to you before starting the process.

3.3. Refund Policy:

  • Service charges are generally non-refundable once the service process has begun
  • If a government department rejects your application, our service charges will not be refunded
  • In case of double payment due to technical error, one payment may be refunded

4. Service Access

4.1. We may, at our sole discretion, deny or suspend service to any user without prior notice, particularly for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity
  • Inappropriate behavior

4.2. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue our services at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. We do not provide any guarantee regarding:

  • Approval of applications
  • Processing timelines
  • Government decisions

5.2. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Losses due to government delays
  • Losses due to application rejection
  • Consequences of providing incorrect information
  • Technical issues or server downtime

5.3. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the fee paid by you for that specific service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. All content on this platform (logo, design, text, software) is our intellectual property.

6.2. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Modification Rights

9.1. We may modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will become effective upon posting on our website.

9.2. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
